Agreement

By using the Cave Concrete Coating website at caveconcretecoating.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services overview

Cave Concrete Coating provides epoxy floor coating installation for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area. Our services include garage floor coatings, basement floor coatings, patio and outdoor coatings, and commercial floor coatings.

Estimates and pricing

All estimates provided through the Site or over the phone are non-binding and subject to change after an on-site inspection. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or contract before any work begins.

Scheduling and access

Once a project is confirmed, we will schedule a mutually agreed upon installation date. You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, stored items, and any obstacles from the surface to be coated before our crew arrives, unless otherwise arranged.

Workmanship and materials

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms covering workmanship and materials will be detailed in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, structural movement of the concrete, or modification of the coated surface by others.

Concrete conditions

Epoxy coatings require a sound concrete substrate. Existing conditions such as excessive moisture, previously applied sealers, severely damaged concrete, or ongoing structural issues may affect adhesion and are not covered under warranty. We will inform you of any concerns we identify during the preparation stage.

Limitation of liability

Cave Concrete Coating’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Photographs of your project

We photograph the floors we install and may use those photographs on this Site, in printed materials, and on social media to show the standard of our work. By having work carried out, you give us permission to do so.

We photograph the finished work, not people or possessions, and we never publish your name, street address, or any identifying detail of your property alongside an image. Location data recorded by the camera is removed before publication.

If you would rather your project was not photographed or shown, tell us — before, during, or any time after the work. We will honour that, and we will remove existing images on request. It makes no difference to the price or the service.

Requests submitted through the Site

The instant estimate shown on the quote form is an approximate figure generated from the square footage and finish you enter. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding on either of us. A firm price follows an on-site visit, as described above.

By submitting the form you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are the property owner or are authorised to request work on the property. You also agree we may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a request does not create a contract or reserve a place in our schedule. Work begins only once a written scope and price are agreed.

Acceptable use

Please use the Site as intended. Do not attempt to gain access to any private or administrative part of it, submit false or automated enquiries, copy the Site’s content or images for your own commercial use, or interfere with its operation.

Website content

We make every effort to keep the information on the Site accurate. However, photos, descriptions, and other content are for general informational purposes. Actual coating colors, finishes, and results may vary based on concrete condition, lighting, and other factors.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Cave Concrete Coating or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
